I was looking to get involved with joint ventures, I read about them but didn’t really understand the risks involved so I contacted North Property, Daniel made it clear that from day one I would own the Property with the first legal charge and for North to make a profit they had to archive a profit on the sale so it’s in there interest to maximise the potential making the risk minimal, I have just entered into my first joint venture and we are hoping to achieve over 25% profit on our initial investment.
